I've had my Oral=B vibrating toothbrush for a couple months now, and I've gotta say, "It rocks!" At first I was leery of using something for personal hygene that seemed to made to be a sex toy, but it works. The leding part of the head oscillates, and it feels like when you go to the dentist and they polish your teeth. For years I've had on-again/off-again gum issues and it has totally cleared up and my mouth just feels cleaner. I still have some pre-existing cavities that I keep hoping will hold out till I have insurance, and this seems to be helping. It excels at getting jumk from between the teeth. I give this item an A+, even if sticking a battery powered vibraty thing in my mouth seems a little weird.

The vibrating toothbrush is great. I like mine too. (No, it is not used as a sex toy.)

i HAVE a vibrator. so the electric toothbrush ONLY goes in my mouth.

mine is dying, but it is also ancient. i need to replace it because my teeth are getting less and less cleaned whenever i attempt to brush them. which probably isnt a good thing. ive been using my primitive 'normal' toothbrush more now.
