I need to lose weight. Well, maybe not a news flash to all of you, but it is to me.
To think end, instead of the no exercise a day plan I'm on now, I will be starting with the 30 minute a day plan for a couple week. And then, depending how things are going, in increase the time. 30 minutes should be managable. 10-15 minutes on the exercycle and then the remainder doing sit ups and push ups.
My gut must go.
