We have a couple of these "Urban Composters" where you put your lawn clippings in, spin it a cuple times a week and you end up with really good compost. We harvested the compost for the first time a week ago and the grass ended up looking ans smelling just like horse manure. Then we spread it, where it was thick, it dried in to these black clumps. The dogs love eating this stuff, like like grass jerky for them. The love it more than the raw hide bone or some of their other treats. I knew dogs eat grass to quiet and upset stomach, but I never thought of it as something they would like as a treat. Hmmm... New dog treat business?
