Under the cloak of security, for her protection from foriegn threats, I had a suprise dignitary visit. This person, once a spy working on discovering Canada's secret for putting up with all things French, now has a more insidious role in an operation just on the American side of the Canadian border.

Operation Pet Store! Now working to implant mind control chips in people pets and selling them to small children in hopes to create an anti French Canadian Army and a rid the world of that menace in 10-20 years.
