I remember having something like this years ago in college, when for a biology class we need to retrieve specific bubs from their containner with out touching or harming them. Ours was not electric, but had a bellows. This meant we often would use the device to shooting bugs at each other or launching ping pong balls faster and further than a Thai prostitute.
