                                                                        Job Description:            Under limited supervision, directs the software/hardware deployment of a multi-user Internet facing computer systems complex. Directs and/or performs system and network management activities, system programming, system planning, configuration and user training. Directs the generation and maintenance of one or more of the following: operating systems, database management systems, network data communications systems or other systems-level software packages. Provides technical assistance to computer users and vendors. Assists vendors and other technical support personnel in troubleshooting problems with the system.
                                                                        
                                                                        Required Skills:            The candidate must have 2-3 years of systems engineering experience as a paid professional in a Microsoft Windows environment and possess the following:
                                                                        
                                                                         
                                                                        
                                                                        • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) credentials
                                                                        
                                                                         
                                                                        
                                                                        • 3 years experience with Microsoft Windows 2000/2003, Active Directory, Group Policy, and disaster recovery
                                                                        
                                                                         
                                                                        
                                                                        • Extensive experience deploying and maintaining Internet facing web farms with Microsoft IIS 5 and above
