FedEx must seek out the stupidest lawers. Take this story for example:

http://www.wired.com/news/culture/0,1284,68492,00.html

Down at the end we see this jewel from FedEx:

FedEx also said in the Aug. 3 letter that Avila clearly intended to operate a business from his website because he used the .com domain suffix, the "commercial level domain," rather than .net.

Let me get this straight... If someone buys a a dot com domain, they have sex with someone, end up making a baby, and they then post pictures of the baby on their website, FedEx says they must be trying to sell their baby?

Or if I make a bagel and put pictures online, I must be trying to sell it?

Dear FedEx,

Please do yourself a favor and fire your legal counsel. They are dumbasses.

Sincerely,
Adam Harrison
