That reminds me, there is a housing complex going in near where I live. It used to be a rock quary. They turnned the pit in to a lake and flattened the rest out and put up houses. But right about completion time a new article came out about another complex build on a quary and unsafe levels of mecury and other gases coming up through the ground. All the for-sale signs are down, they've fenced off the lake and no one has moved into the complex near me. That's gotta suck, to have invest that much and have something like that discovered. But on the other hand, I think the area is already over developed and I have a general dislike of some of the tactics they pull to get the land they want, so I'll chalk it up to the universe exacting some sort of justice.
