i think that to be allowed on "the Net" all computers should be installed with an attachment that's a giant rubber mallet with Google's colorful logo printed on one end.

Then through the magic of computers whenever someone asks a question that some answers with Google links, they can add a magic "MALLET!" attachment that causes the mallet to come smashing down on the person's head, so in their stunned state, they get to look up and have google's logo ingrained in their unconscious.
