I have a new favorite rebel, C404. C404 is a 600lbs California Sea Lion that has been able to outsmart the Army Corp of Engineers at every turn. C404's crime? Eating salmon. In particular, sneaking into the fish ladder at the Dalles Dam, past all the gates and traps to stop him, and enjoying an easy meal.

I think I'm going to design some pro C404 t-shirts to honor the smartest animal (including humans) on the Columbia River.
