Supposedly a few months ago a North Korean warhead was found in Alaska. Mind you it was in BFE and posed little to no threat to people, but it makes me wonder what people say when they say North Korea may fire a test launch of a missile that can reach U.S. soil. Can it just barely reach U.S. sil (annoying) or can it reach populated areas (very dangerous)?

I wish the press would clarify this a little bit.
