So, how is it that, with N. Korea being known to be unpredictable and not trust worthy, has the U.S. inteligence community not known at all that N. Korea was still developing nuclear weapons? This is a very poor country, suffering from a several year drought. Would this country sell weapons to enemies of the U.S. to feed it's people? I think so. But the question is, what can we do about it?
