Yesterday was a photo-rific day. The flowers are coming it, it's sunny. Just a good day to be out with you camera.

[Apology: I'm sorry if my image archive has been unavailable from time to time. To get to it, you go through a ssh tunnel. That tunnel collaspes everytime the router or DSL model at work have a problem, which has been almost daily. And when that happens, the archive is unreachable until I get home and can reopen the tunnel. I am actively working to get the network connection at work stabalized.]

This is an actual headline from the Crossfire daily news letter. The mental image is giving me nightmares...

Latest Victoria's Secret model: Bob Dylan

I'm sorry. I just don't think Bob has the body to be prancing around on the catwalk in skimpy womens lingerie.

So I have been informed that while Bob Dylan's "modelling", is just playing music in a new advertisement for V.S., it is just fine for Bob Dylan to prance because he is a "legend". But I can not, as I am not a legend.

Well, damn it, I want to prance! So, please post here, anonymously if you like, on if you would rate me as a legend or not.

I'm not even sure how a human prances, so I looked it up:

  1. [n] a proud stiff pompous gait
  2. [v] to walk with a lofty proud gait, often in an attempt to impress others; "He strut around like a rooster in a hen house."
  3. [v] ride a horse such that it springs and bounds forward
  4. [v] cause (a horse) to bound spring forward
  5. [v] spring foward on the hind legs; "The young horse was prancing in the meadow"

Synonyms: cock, ruffle, sashay, strut, strut, swagger, swagger

See Also: gait, go, locomote, move, pimproll, ride, ride horseback, sit, travel, walk

So I just need to swagger around like an arrogant bastard? Damn, I already do that!
