A good time to be an online broadcaster, a bad time to be an online content maker?

The gist of it is, there is a new treaty coming down the pike (and treaties superceed U.S. law, and it is considered treason to break a treaty) that would make it so that broadcasters would own/control anything they broadcast for the next 50 years, regardless of the licensing agreememnt.

You do a webcast of ny sort, the owner of the broadcasting site/software owns your webcast and can use it as they see fit.
