For why gravity only pulls... My theory is that gravity does in fact have a polarity, but the polarity only reverses under great energy conditions. Like if all the mass in the universe combined, and the compression from the gravity of all that mass would actually cause a mass reversal of gravities polarity, causing it to push and creating a big bang event.
