Last update on this image. I think I finally figured out the secret to getting the rain right when using GIMP.

So glad I figured it out.

In other news, the are making Sin City 2, with Angelina Jolie! w00+ times two!!!!

Oh.. my... god.... and I thought it couldn't get any better!

BTW, I used photoshop and followed the directions and the rain is still problematic, so if you're using gimp b/c you don't have ps don't feel bad about it.
