It seems this couple had a problem. They live at the bottom of a hill and they regularly have people speeding past their house. To help solve the problem they set up three video cameras and a radar speed unit.
One of the speeders they caught was a police officer, going 17mph over the limit.
So the couple contracted the police department to let them know.
Next thing they know the police department pays them a visit to let the couple know that the officer is charging them with "stalking"
Three stationary cameras is "stalking"? Further, the officer breaks the law (albeit in a very minor way) and the police are harassing the couple and not reprimanding the officer?
