The Seattle PI (http://seattlepi.com/) is having a write your own ending challenge. From todays Life & Arts section:
Write your own ending: Were you just a teensy bit disappointed with the way "The Sopranos" ended Sunday night? Did you think the choose-your-own-ending gambit was creator David Chase's way of poking fun at us and our conventional expectation for a neat resolution to eight years of madness and mayhem? Well, here's your chance to rectify the situation. Give us your take on the fate of Tony Soprano and his "loved ones" and we might publish it in the P-I and online at seattlepi.com. Keep it under 100 words, please, and make sure to include your name and city of residence. Send your ending to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your chance to improve the ending and get your writing published.
