First, the wine washed gouda. Oh my god, this is the perfect cheese. Goes well on crackers with beer or wine. This is the first of the two things I could stuff myself with.
Second, the butch shop in back has a sausage that is amazing when bbq'd. It's a pork sausage with ginger, soy sauce, garlic, and pineapple mixed in. I'm glad I only bought two, as I would have eaten these until they were gone.
