I am such a hypocrit.

I spend the day at the Historic Auto Races, with big bore cars screaming past me with me just 3 feet from them (I *heart* my photo pass), enjoying the burning of tons of hydrocarbons, thenI go home an watch the Live Earth Special.

Speaking of Live Earth, did Anthony Kiedis's poncho have naked boobs on the front? Can't wait for the wardrobe malfunction drama to begin!

Live Earth burned plenty of hydrocarbons, too. Not too much hypocrisy on your part then. :)

Yep. I think people will long be debating whether the expenditure of CO2 was worth it.

I was shaking my head when they had a scene in New York or New Jersey and they were interview with Al Gore, and 15 minutes later you could see him in the background in Washington D.C.. I wonder how much CO2 he released taking that helicopter form venue to venue.
