Below is the best price we can do for you group for the itinerary.

If your group is going to be of 4 or more people, on the safari, it will be a private safari at no additional cost, while on the trek, we will limit the group size to 12 people.
If your group, on the trek, is going to be of more than 6 people, we will organize it as a private trek at no additional cost.

Day 1 (Sept 2008): Kilimanjaro
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International airport. Met on arrival at Kilimanjaro airport and transfer to Arusha to mid-class hotel in Arusha, Jacaranda Hotel.
Day 2: Arusha National Park
Today, we drive to Arusha National Park with picnic lunch, the park is famous for its birdlife, we will have a game drive, and hiking in the park enabling us to get used to Tanzania climate and get over jet lag before the climb, Jacaranda Hotel.

Day 3: Hit the mountain to Machame gate, after registration process start the hike to Machame Camp, 9,900ft, (5~6hrs)Camping, B,L,D.
Day 4: Shira, 12,600ft, (5~6hrs) Camping, B,L,D.
Day 5: Baranco, 12,950ft (5~7hrs) Camping, B,L,D
Day 6: Barafu, 14,910ft (6~7hrs) Camping, B,L,D.
Day 7: Summit, 19,340ft (6~7hrs), then descend to Mweka 10,010ft (5~7hrs), Camping, B,L,D.
Day 8: Mweka gate (3~4hrs), transfer to Arusha (1hr). Jacaranda Hotel, B,L.
Day 9: Tarangire
After breakfast, we leave Arusha for Tarangire. Game drive in Tarangire. Camping, B,L,D.
Day 10: Tarangire
More game drives in Tarangire. Camping, B, L, D
Day 11: Tarangire/Serengeti
Today we drive to Serengeti national park, game drive in Serengeti with a chance to see leopard, hyena, gazelle, lion, ostrich, giraffe, buffalo and many more animals. Camping, B,L,D.
Day 12~13: Serengeti
More games in Serengeti, in search of the large predators and the gentle herbivores on which they feed. Camping, B,L,D.
Day 14: Serengeti/Ngorongoro
Today we leave Serengeti for the Ngorongoro Crater, with optional visits of Masai Village ($50/group) and Olduvai Gorge ($3/person). We will arrive at the crater for afternoon game drive in the crater, Camping, B,L D.
Day 15 (Sept/Oct 2008): Ngorongoro / Arusha / Departure
Descend into Ngorongoro crater for another game drive in the crater exploring the short-grass plains of the crater floor. This extinct volcano embraces 100sq miles alive with lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and many more games, then drive to Arusha, day room at Jacaranda Hotel before evening transfer to Kilimanjaro airport for your return flight home, B,L.

Price includes:
-Arrival and departure Kilimanjaro airport transfers

-Services of Professional English-speaking driver- guide, and skilled cook (for camping safari)
-Services of a Professional Leading Guide who is medically trained, certified, licensed and English speaking.
-Services of English-speaking assistant guide (s) and enough number of porters for your luggage, food, and water, and a skilled cook.
-Dining tent (provided only when a group is of 5 or more trekkers. If less than 5 trekkers, and you want it to be included, we will have to charge you $90/group)
-Game drives in Land Rover/Cruiser safari vehicles equipped for luxurious game viewing and touring, with a guarantee window seat!
-Drinking water: Treated water on the trek (need to bring a water filter/filtration tablets), and bottled water on the safari
-Sleeping tent and mattresses
-6 days trekking, day trip to Arusha n/p, and 7 days safari as detailed on the above itinerary
-Unlimited mileage

It excludes:
-Items of a personal nature.
-International airfare.
-Tips.
-Medical Equipment which can be rented well in advance for the following costs: $250/group for hyperbaric chamber, $210/group for an emergency Oxygen cylinder and $140/group for a stretcher. Please note these prices include a porter to carry the equipment.
