First coat of shellac on the shelf. The nice thing about shellac is it dries in minutes, so I'll give it an hour before the second coat.

But I used an amber shellac, so the color still doesn't have the red I wanted, but it does look better.

It should be ready to haul to work tomorrow morning. Once it's hung I'll take pictures and post them.

Oh, and in other news... The Seahawks rocked the house today!
