My favorite food in the world. So decadent. So fatty. So gooey. So bursting with flavor. Some call it crab ragoon, others call it crab puffs. Whatever you call it, I love it. Crab, green onions, and creem cheese, put in a wonton wrapper and deep fat fried. It is my form of culinary bliss. Nirvana for the pallet. Almost sexual in texture. We all have our food cravings and obsessions. I love crab ragoon, Breyers Mint Chocolate Chip, Tortino's Party Pizza's, Godiva's white chocolate with strawberry preserve filling, good european dark chocolate, corned beef. Sometimes they remind you of a time or a place, other times they just overwhelm your senses. I love food. It is a pleasure feeling the taste washing over my tongue, enveloping me in the smell, feel, and taste.
