We get there and the parking lot is packed, but the sign says trail is closed and no dogs.
As it turns out the trail has been "closed" for three years due to the bridges being washed out, but the creek is easy to hop over this time of year. As for no dogs.... I saw at least a half dozen dogs, all off leash! :-)
I'll be taking Lilly next time.
Sadly, my legs are out of shape, and are killing me today. It was a LOT of steep up and down the valley walls.
Weather permitting, we are going hiking again this weekend. Anyone want to join us?
