Normally, films are filmed in a 16:9 ratio (the same as your normal wide screen), and then the film is trimmed down for normal 4:3 ration of your TV. But it seems they did weird stuff with the Harry Potter movie in a wide screen vs. normal width release of of the DVD. The bastards. I want it just like it was in the movie theater. Don't fuck with me like this, guys.
