
This is a non-tonemapped hdr pano.
I did this as an experiment.
Friday night I took 33 raw pictures that were turned into 11 hdr images, that were then stitched into 390mb TIFF file.
Due to the memory requirements for this, I had to do everything on command line, no GUI's. That's is why the stitches are not perfect. I'm not to concerned, though, this was just a test run.
This is the file converted to a jpeg.
Unfortunately my system does not have enough memory for me to do any tone mapping. (It has 1Gb of ram, and 3gb of swap).
Next time, I will need to use a real tripod. The little Joby tripod just doesn't cut it for work like this.
All the work was done on Linux.
