But the most notable this is, I've been asked to administrate a photo rating community on Flickr. It's novel in that the we try to encourage freedom of speech as far as the Flickr ToS allows. So you get some bruttally honest opinions on your pictures. You also see a lot of ass hattery. You have conservatives and liberals battling to the death. And we get a far number of trolls.
It sounds like a miserable group, but actually, it's a fair fun as long as you are think skinned.

The rules... Put a picture in the pool (one per day, no more than one in the pool at a time) and vote on every picture in the pool (to keep the game going, voting is more important than submitting pictures). Use this web tool to vote. You must comment when you vote. If a picture get's 10 save votes before it gets 10 delete votes, it is saved to the Lightbox and is considered a winner. If it gets 10 deletes first, then it's just removed from the pool.
