The issue is the bait and switch they pulled on us. When scheduling the event we specifically asked if we could take pictures. They specifically told us pictures would be fine. This is great, so we can show the pictures at our annual anniversary party and the like.
We get there, and I'm taking one picture every couple minutes, not just non-stop shooting. I was staying in my seat and not using my flash as to not disturb the other customers. I was shooting our employees, people at the tables we had reserved, and the performers interacting with our employees. Then about 2/3rd of the way through the show, the bouncer tells me I need to put my camera away or leave. I tried to explain to him we had called ahead and photography was okayed. He didn't care.
When I got home, I e-mailed The Parlor to find out why they agreed to photography and then changed tune after we had bought our 75 seats and were already there. I still have not gotten a response from The Parlor in Bellevue.
Here are the pictures:
Anyway, I would recommend against scheduling events with The Parlor as they do not keep their word.
