I'm thinking, if I hang a parachute from the ceiling, and have it drape down the walls, then with a little airflow, and the right lighting, the walls would look like they were undulating. - I need to order EL wire for my cousin's daughter's Holloween costume.
I am thinking of making her afaery costume, with EL Wire in the wings, and at points on the main costume. It should make it so there is no chance a driver won't see her. - I wonder if the prices for EL Wire sequencers have gone down.
I don't want to spend an arm and a leg on her costume.
