If I am elected President, I will start movie nights on the South Lawn. Starting with a Bruce Campbell movie festival. I will also make Burning Man an offical gowernment "Holiday of the Arts", in addition to Labour Day. Finally, I will further restict radio and Tv station ownership, and reduce the cost os licenses, and increase the number of licenses available in an effort to encourage the growth of more independent and local owned radio stations, which will improve the diversity and competition in the broadcast markets. I would also like to create a new digital broadcast realm with inexpensive licenses for private individuals and organizations to be able to broad cast up to a 15 mile radio. With digital, each station would use a much narrower bandwidth allowing much greater density. I will also ask
