We rented a couple movies. First was Bringing Down the House. It wasn't that funny. I'd say skip it.
But, if you want a slow movie that is VERY good, I highly recommend The Dancer Upstairs. It's set in "Latin America", and it reminded me a great deal of the stories I heard about The Shining Path while I was in Peru. And it's directed by John Malkovich. In fact, I think that is the first and only movie he has directed. Like I saidd it's slow. VERY slow. But worth the drag.
