My digital camera is on the crack cocaine. As I mentioned, the case broke a bit further. In the breaking the eye piece popped out and the case crumbled a bit. But, it used to be my amera would beep (complain) when I would take the memory card out, even when the camera is off. That stopped happening, so it works how it should. But, when I write the images in SHQ mode, they should be TIFF files (which has worked before), but now they are JPEG's, but saved at 100% quality (no compression). WTF? That isn't even an option in the manual. It does JPEG with compression, making ~400Kb files. Or it does TIFF. I have is set to TIFF and it's now making ~1Mb jpeg files (yes they are JPEGS, not just named .jpg). I need a new camera. I may just go back to my SLR and develop the photos to PhotoCD.
