You! Yes you! You are going to jail!!! Well, maybe. It seems that in certain states, if you save a private online conversation (like AIM or ICQ), you are violating wire tap laws. So, when you save a cute conversation and post it in your journal with out asking, not only is it poor etiquette, but could land you in jail.
